About as nostalgic as it gets for me, sat with my parents in the small Dale Inn looking over the water is where I fell in love with scampi, salt, vinegar and dipped in tartar sauce.  My childhood by the sea, now you can have that amazing take at home whenever the scampi mood takes over!
 
The image is another awesome way to serve scampi, along side a mediuam rare steak for 'surf & turf'.
