We grew up in the West Country not far from the first farms and fisheries that supplied our customers with award-winning produce.
Sourcing ethically and responsibly is incredibly important to us, so we only work with suppliers who share our values.
Where possible we will always source our ingredients from the most local ethical farms and fishing boats.

Buying frozen fish and seafood reduces the carbon footprint. freezing stops all microbiological activity and undergoes a high level of microbiological checks, and is recommended as part of a nutritionally balanced diet.
Our fish is MSC Certified
All of our fish is MCS approved MCS stands for the Marine Stewardship Council they are the worlds leading certification and ecolabelling programme for environmental sustainability of wild-caught seafood and we only buy our fish from MSC certified sources.
